Sold my SUV to them. Great experience from start to finish. The initial contact from Carlos helping to get my appointment set up was awesome. Had a great conversation with Norma helping me at the dealership while Nas(?) checked over my Honda and came back with a fair offer. No one was pushing me into a new vehicle and everyone was honest and friendly. Just waiting to pick up my check in a few days. 5 star UX for sure. I'll be starting at Castle-Elk Grove Village when it's time to get into a new vehicle.
