Dillon, I can assure you that we're committed to providing all of our customers with honest, straightforward service. We try to be as fair as possible with all prices, but it appears that we weren't able to agree on a deal with you. We deeply apologize for that. As for service center, all of our inventory is of the highest quality as we only want the best for our community. With that being said, we do hope that you're able to enjoy the rest of your day. -Dave Heintz, General Manager

First of all they are rude on email and phone call and they do not beat or match other dealerships prices so go get the same car somewhere else for cheaper people. I called and talked to several sales people abd managers her in September but got my gladiator elsewhere because they were so expensive here. Also just read you guys screwed over scott smith by messing up his brakes and not owning up to it disgusting...
Keenan, we can't predict future problems in your vehicle nor prevent them. I'm sorry to hear that you're having further car troubles. We do the best we can with what's in front of us, but unfortunately can't help normal wear and tear down the road. -Dave Heintz, General Manager

I thought the experience here would be better than the Jeep dealership down the street but I was utterly disappointed. Long story short, I took my running very well car in to get the start/stop service light off and a month later I've been charged $500 for an issue that still exist as well as my car currently no longer starts. I literally had it towed somewhere to fix what they couldn't. Needless to say I'll never go back there again. The best thing they have going for them is Jordan and she's not even a mechanic. Update: after I picked my car up from a body shop that got it running after I had to get it towed from fox hill, they told me that my starter was broken. Fox hill tried to charge me $1300 to fix it and said that it looked old. They didn't know that it was brand new cause I had just gotten a new motor put into my vehicle. The body shop that fixed it was the same shop that put my motor in. When the owner of fox hill tried to tell me that it was broken when they got my car, I knew right then they were a joke and would never get anymore of my business.
Had to return a lease...and Nick Schebil was AWESOME!!! He helped me get in and out super fast...even though I didnt get my car from his dealership and I wasnt picking up a new vehicle. Would absolutely consider buying from here next time! Cant beleive how helpful he was.
We will be sure to pass on all of your high praises to Brian, Steve -- he'll be delighted to know you appreciated all of his hard work. Thanks for trusting us to help you find your new vehicle, and please feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions! -Dave Heintz, General Manager

Brian Brewer was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first encounter with him through the delivery of our new vehicle he was professional, courteous and caring. Would highly recommend him and Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep to anyone looking to have a great experience with a car dealer. Rare find, indeed!
You should expect great customer service at any dealership, Jeff, but it looks like we may have missed the mark here. I can assure you that every member of our staff cares more about our customers than we do about money. It's very unlikely for us to showcase anything different. I will be speaking to the team to ensure that we don't let another customer leave feeling this way. If you would like to provide additional feedback, you're more than welcome to give us a call at (734) 892-2220. -Dave Heintz, General Manager

The worse dealership ever! Stay away they are horrible and don't care about anything. Sale manager Nick just kept saying "Give me my money!" So hard to believe this place is around it's comical.
