Had a PPI performed by Land Rover Van Nuys. They missed the sunscreen shade not working, and my head gasket blew about 1-2 months after costing me $20,000 for a new engine. Not sure if the previous owner overheated the car but what I was told is that the ECU can be read to see if it had been overheated and/or full throttle many times. Clearly they did not do their due diligence on the $425 PPI which ended up costing me money. Of course they did not offer a refund when asked because their claim was everything was fine with the car, but they clearly missed some important details.

Had great experience dealing with Justin P at Land Rover Van Nuys. Bar none the most friendly and knowledgeable car shopping experience Ive ever had. Answered every question I posed with grace and flexibility. Couldnt recommend it more.

Samie Shokory is the best sales person out of any car dealership I've ever been to. Every experience I've had at dealerships has been a nightmare and every sales rep I've spoken to had little to no integrity. I can't put into words how grateful I am that I was given the opportunity to work with Samie, he met every single one of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I wanted a very specific car and he delivered even though there was an inventory shortage. I actually received quotes from 3 other dealerships and each of those dealerships tried to screw me over... except Galpin. I've referred many friends and family to him because I want to make sure that they're taken care of as well. If the manager of Land Rover Galpin is reading this review, please give Samie a raise. He created a long lasting partnership between me and Land Rover Galpin, I won't be going anywhere else!

The 5 stars are not for the dealership but for Mark and John in the parts department, love these guys! So nice and helpful. Needed some parts for my 2005 LR3. The Starbucks is nice in there too. Also a nice collection of proper Land Rovers upstairs, unlike the new Land Rovers that look like rav 4s! EW!!! The Aston Martins are awesome as well as the Jaguars!
