Very Dissapointed with this review. The vehicle was on camera the whole time it was here except for 9 seconds when the car was turned around to give more space to work on it (the customer has viewed this) There is nothing in the area just off camera that would be consistant to a low level scuff and the installation was carried out on the opposite side of the car. The scuff was barely noticeable (can't see how we can add the pictures on here but happy to share) which is why we did not notice it and neither did the customer when they got in that side of the car and drove it away. We have never had an accusation like this in our 22 years in business so certainly would take responsability if we felt there was even the slightest possibilty we were at fault.

We took our brand new Hyundai to this company to have dash cams fitted. Polite and friendly staff and very pleased with the product and workmanship. Unfortunately not so pleased with the bodywork damage sustained whilst in their care. Vehicle was on camera 99% of the time except for when it was moved off of their premises (and unfortunately off camera too). Totally convinced damaged occurred then. This was a new car, driven to their premises direct from the dealership without incident. My advice, CHECK YOUR VEHICLE WITH A MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT WITH THEM as they will not accept liability otherwise. We could not prove they damaged it off camera just as surely as they could not prove they didn't - yet we got lumbered with the repair costs for what we consider their negligence.

Sounds Alarming did an excellent job on a hardwired front and rear dashcam setup. The installation is very neat, almost to factory fitted standard. They took all necessary covid precauctions, and showed me how to set up and use the dashcam too.
