This dealership has the worst service department. It took three weeks to get in for service and so far two weeks to get to my car. I have an F Pace. This is the third time in a year it has been in with issues and everytime it takes them a long time plus the dont give you updates about your car.i reccomnend going to Kuni BMW their service is stellar!
The Jaguar brand makes some of the most unreliable cars on the planet. That being said you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Thats not the case. Everytime I deal with this dealership they have an attitude like they are doing me a favor. If I need to ask service a question, they say they will call back and never do. They do not offer loaners even if you are giving your 100k car for service. I am on my second Jaguar and this will be my last. I can see why the company is struggling to compete
Knowledgeable, friendly, professional sales. Nate sold us a new Jaguar and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. No pressure. Very helpful. I would buy a car from them again.
Had a check engine light on my Jaguar FPace SVR and had to schedule service. Over a month out and I was told just to drive with the light on. No loaner car available to me. Was told since I didnt buy the car there, I was not allowed one. $90k+ vehicle under factory warranty and I had to stand outside the dealership and get picked up in a Prius. Check engine light came on again within a week. Back in fhe shop it went. Not impressed so far...
