I bought a used part on friday.and was giving a 90 day warinty .took it back on Tuesday the man at the desk told me he couldent give me any money back.

Ive had a total of 3 encounters with this business. 2 telephonically and today in person. Brian was ok but not very friendly. The lady at the front counter with purple hair was beyond rude. Not only to me but also to her coworker by rolling her eyes. She also seemed to get easily annoyed when having to answer the phone. 3 items were placed on the counter and all 3 did not fit my truck. I wasnt upset about that part. But I asked her how much for one certain item and she quoted $78. I showed her a photo on Amazon for the same part was only $29. I asked her to explain why her used part was so much more expensive than a new one. She quickly grabbed all the items and muttered something under her breath and walked off to the back, of course, rolling her eyes. Very rude. I dont know why anyone would consider this business when buying used car parts. Overpriced, rude, and the wrong parts. How are they still in business?
