Let's be honest here, it's simply untrue to claim "Really bad customer service". The fact is you requested lock-ring grooves be machined in pistons in a size we simply have no tooling for. We're happy to help when we know it's a job we can do properly, we just won't attempt to do a job using the wrong tooling yielding questionable results. Doing that inevitably results in no one going away happy.

Went to the professional gentleman a few times. I ways always satisfied with his ability to resolve my technical mechanical issue's thru his expert experience. I will keep returning to this machine shop as he has never let me down. Prompt service. Great results @ a fair price.

The only place for quality machine work. clean shop, all machine work is done in house. and the work he does is out of this world. The turn around time is the greatest I've ever seen"not like other shops" this is the only machine shop to go to

Worst customer service in the market. doesnt want to speak with customers on the phone. Wants to do the jobs his way instead of customer request. I dont understand how this shop is still open.
