This dealer and it's employees have no concept of communication or customer service. I have bought multiple vehicles including two Subarus (18 and 22) from dealers in other states via, email and phone calls. I paid cash for those cars with , no fuss, no muss and had helpful sales people. I reached out to Peoria Subaru part of the Moore auto group nearly a month ago asking for a price quote. I was clear and up front telling them I am paying cash, period. no financing. Faryn Shrum the internet manager answered most of the emails, and by answered I mean ignored my questions, sent me canned marketing emails and never provided a price. I was then told despite what their website says, all deals and pricing is done "at the dealer" and I'd need to come in for a test drive. Eventually, after more wasted emails failing to communicate Faryn said a sale manager would quote me a price. Another email came with a price quote from Spencer Roe a product specialist. Extra fees were listed such as $895 dealer accessories and "government" fee and the infamous VIN etching, beyond MSRP, with tax, title, registration and doc fee. I asked for Spencer to break down these extra fees. He ignored my question and instead justified why he thinks he has the best price ending his email "if you're not willing to work with us, then I'll take you out of the system". At this point I have 30 emails from this dealer. Apparently customers are an annoyance to this dealer. Their attitude is horrendous and they no clue about customer service concepts. It's 2022, not 1955. Buying a car should not be this difficult, adversarial or take this much time to just get a price quote.
I've been in there twice now to negotiate. They are very pressure oriented and want you to put a signature on every worthless piece of paper they put in front of your face. They also bust out the four square sheet pretty quick. Anyways, the second time I went in I showed them an ad from a competing dealer across town with the exact same car (color, model, options) and they basically refused to match it. He sat there and told me that they would have hidden costs and other add-ons that would bring it up to the same price as theirs. I figured it was labor day and they might want to actually have a sale on last years models but I guess not.
Can you say we had a wonderful experience buying a new car? Because thats exactly what happened for us. Joey, went above and beyond to help us. He understood what we wanted, and needed. Even with everything as crazy as it is, no new cars on the lot. Joey was able to contact us when a vehicle with our likes came available. He was friendly and respectful. Which seems to not be the case anymore for others (the other places we went did not help us, or feel asleep while test driving/talking to us). I would totally recommend everyone that wants a Subaru to see Joey! He did amazing!

Thank you Peoria Subaru for an excellent car buying experience. We appreciated the care and thoughtful service provided by Miranda who helped us get the ball rolling, then Jordans follow up help with Gabes assistance, and then the financial completion with Troy, who did a great job of explaining the paperwork in simple, easy to understand form.. Thanks guys and gal! Rick & Nancie Carter

Not very nice inside. Got hounded by many sales people from there and Scottsdale afterwards. Decided not to buy a Subaru.
