I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and had been back and forth with Randy to get info on a vehicle I was very interested in purchasing. The initial contact was at a price of $45k, at which time I stated I would be interested at a lower price. No interest in negotiatiing. They finally reduced the price to $37595 online and Iwas interested. I wasJust looking for info on the cost of some preventative maintenance that could be done as the vehicle had 88000 miles on it. He stated he would get back to me with the inffo from the service department and never followed up. They sold that vehicle at a substantial discunt from my first point of contact. The moral of the story is, wait for a bit to buy from them because they will discount the price.

Booked an appointment and they told me they couldnt do it because of a glitch on their website. If its a glitch on your website, fix it. Said they couldnt get me in within 3 weeks. If your website messes up you should have to honor it.

First let me start by saying Vince, Rodger and Jake were nothing short of amazing to work with. But when having to bring my car back 2 weeks after buying it due to an oil leak we were left in the hands of Wayne. It took us 4.5 months to get my car back, and when trying to get in touch to find out details and when the vehicle would be done we would never hear back from him. Rodger, not knowing much about what had been going on updated me and was so kind and punctual as to getting my car back to me after hearing about the issue. Upon getting my vehicle back for two days another issue came to light and when my husband called Wayne he was nothing but rude and bothered by the fact that we had brought this to his attention, which was disappointing none the less.
