I sincerely apologize that this happened! I take pride in responding to every client's voicemail, email, or text the same day or next business day if it's after hours. Due to the nature of our business it's not possible to converse as phone calls come in without sacrificing the level of service to the customer that we are with at that time. It is likely that we are actually performing repairs at the time also. I checked our phone system and do not see any voicemails from you. One of the best customer service experiences! Josh is very detailed, professional and takes pride in the work he does. He will not give up untill all access points to a dent have been tried and takes the time to explain each step of the process in detail. Highly recommended!

What Josh did to my car was amazing . He came highly recommend. Be doesn't say he is the cheapest but he the best thing going when comes to pulling these dents out. He saved me money. If u want it done rite he the guy. Most important he was very very professional. Great experience thanks Josh!!!
