We bought our 5th Subaru at this dealership in Sept. 2021, including an add-on Multi-Shield Service Contract. After reading the fine print, we realized the Finance Manager, Sharice M, lied to our face about its coverage. We cancelled the service contract within a week. It took 7 months and numerous follow-ups with the Sales Manager to get our credit back. We never experienced shady dealership staff as bad as this in past Subaru purchases. The only pleasant experience we had was with the Sales consultant, Aaron.Dastagir. Will never go back to this dealership but will stay loyal Subaru owners.
