Horrible Dealership! I was told vehicle was out in the lot to see, it wasn't. It was advertised at 16k + miles but has almost 19k miles. Returned that Saturday morning to look and the door protectors were peeling off & mileage was higher than advertised. I submitted all my private information and advised Salesman John that I wanted the truck and was cleaning mine out for trade. He notified me that the loan was good to go , just needed my proof of income which I was going to have with me on day of purchasing. Sunday the dealership is Closed, Monday was President Day , no loan that day. John the Salesman was off on Tuesday so we agreed to take care of everything on Wednesday morning by 10am. I received a IM from John, Tue late night advising me The owner sold the truck to customer with cash. All this after running my credit, cleaning truck out, traveling 2 hours round-trip. There's plenty of better dealerships in the area. They say no stress selling and this is all that it was.I had to apply one star but they're a negative 5.
