I don't believe black American clientele are welcomed here. I went seeking service or an appointment being a first timer stationed at Ft. Bliss. I was met at the door by a fearful lady that quickly rushed me on my way. I have honest money to spend just because I'm dark skinned doesn't make me a threat.

I ordered a baseball jersey to have the last name and number embroidered in the back of it. When I went in, the lady showed me a baseball jersey that had the name very well done and proportional to the jersey (last name covered the back well and was spaced out well). When I went to pick mine up, the last name was super small compared to the number and super tightly sewn together (NOT at all) the way I showed them and they accepted to do. They knew I was unhappy with the service and all she said was that she could not do anything about it. They didnt even offer to refund or do anything else for me, knowing this baseball jersey was expensive.. very upset with the customer service.

I used to get all my embroidery at a local shop and I thought their service was pretty good. Wow Im glad I checked out D Embroidery. Easy access, free parking and great staff. Now I know what real good service is like. Screen printing too!
