When I picked up my car they were charging me a ridiculous price I was not given from the beginning. When they seen I was upset they changed the price 2 times, I let them know that they were trying to rip me off and what type of shop were they, so they changed the price to what was originally given to me in the beginning. Very unprofessional!!!

The sales team is great, but the service staff leaves something to be desired. When I dropped my car off, the tech was curt with me, which is excusable. What wasn't excusable was then how he grilled me if there was anything actually wrong with my car. When I asked him to plug the computer into my car to get a code he said "I don't know how to do that." And stared at me. I told him that when I called the dealership over the phone, they told me all they'd have to do is plug my car in. He then responded with "Really, you talked to a tech? What was his name?" He then yelled at another tech "Come here and figure out what she's asking." I told him I wanted the car's code to connect it to the app and for them to check the check engine light. This tech was professional and asked me to leave the car with them. When I came back the next day with my dad, assuming that they would treat a man with a different level of respect. When I asked the tech what was wrong he just stared at me. My dad then repeated the question and he said he couldn't find a code for the check engine light, making me doubt he even took me seriously enough to check. He then laughed and told my dad "I couldn't even figure out why she was trying to bring the car in." They then charged me $250 for doing absolutely nothing. Nothing was done to my car. I know something is wrong because when I was driving uphill last week, the screen said propulsion power reduced and I was unable to accelerate. A classic but very disappointing case of misogyny. Little does that tech know I'm an engineering student.
