We were so excited about a car this dealership had... we talked with Matt for a few days about it through email and phone calls. We live over an hour away and decided to go there. We talked with them that day about the car. When we get there Matt sends another guy out there to help us and the guy told us the car was sold a few hours before... we were never called or emailed to be informed... very upset and will NOT send anyone there.
Worst experience ever dealing with car dealerships, salesman was nice but now knowledgeable of buying process, they did not give up full tank of gas, and car did not come with floor mats and when i called to ask them about i had to leave message with sales manager who never called me back, car did not come with extra key but they compensated for it, car had major scratches at bottom of the front fender and they would not take off for that, if it was not for the long search finding the vehicle my mom wanted, i would have went somewhere else definitely but car we were looking for was very rare with everything we were looking for, will never ever come back here again and do not advise anyone else too, no air in the lobby, they do not speak to you when you come in, and not one person shook our hand and thanked us for the business, that's the 1st and the worst!!!
I can't believe how amazing my experience was here. I went in originally to trade my poor little suv for a slightly newer used vehicle. I wasn't really looking for anything fancy, just something maybe a little smaller, better on gas, and affordable in my not super flexible price range. After dragging my salesman, Darren, through multiple vehicles and test drives, he legitimately listened to everything I had to say about each one. He was really funny and I felt like he was very honest with me about what I was looking at. They ran all my numbers and honestly I thought all may have been lost and that I had wasted his time. It looked like I wouldn't be leaving with a car after all because nothing really fit in with my budget. He left for a few minutes and brought up one we hadn't looked at and just told us to test drive it and see. It was a brand new 2017 Fiat 500X. Everything I had said about what I wanted in a vehicle was there, and then some. Drove it around and thought there's no way this is in my price range. Got back to the lot and was insanely surprised to find out they could get really close to what I wanted price wise. The guys there worked really hard to get me into a not only a better car, but a new one with affordable payments. To say I'm happy is an understatement. Thank you Darren for putting up with my conflicting wants in a vehicle and for finding me something I absolutely love. I still can't believe you guys were able to put me in something as nice as this. Also, shout out to the service department for handling our jeep renegade. Originally bought at an upstate dealership (sorry again), we weren't aware it could go 5000 miles instead of 3000 and they were honest with us instead of charging for an unnecessary oil change. When it was time, we brought it back here and had great service both times. This is actually why I shopped for my car here first. Definitely a great bunch of people. 10/10 would recommend.

Went prepared after working on credit score, acct length, positive cred history and down and without even running it was told I wouldn't qualify and walked away from. Believe salesman was David and some woman in a office. Sucks cause could use a decent car or truck.
