Cameron we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the online auction process. Many vehicles we sell have a reserve, and the practice of mediating between two parties does take time. Sellers often want a certain amount for the vehicle and will not come down in price, even if we advise them that the offer was fair. At any point when the reserve has not been met and the seller will not accept your initial bid, you can withdraw your offer and walk away. I sincerely hope that you will give the process another try.

There needs to be more thought and concessions for the buyers at this place. I won a vehicle but turns out that bid didnt meet the reserve. Usually thats not a big deal and youre notified of that immediately.. and can move on to other vehicles that interest you. Unfortunately at this place youll be stuck in limbo until the seller responds to you.. which in my case occurred just before midnight following the auction. I wasted my whole day to get hit with a counter offer thats over 40% more than the winning bid for the auction! A take it or leave it deal.. as my counter was met with no response and with the deal cancelled. Its a shame because there were multiple other vehicles I was interested in but I was committed to a bid that wasnt even close to what the seller wanted in the first place. Big waste of time. Hopefully if you decide to give this place a try youll have better luck than I had.. but if situations like this are allowed to occur then Ill think twice before trying this place again

We are alarmed that you were sold a Salvage titled vehicle. We do not sell those to the public. We would love to discuss with with you further please give us a call a the office and ask for Fred. 512-398-5995. We do however, sell Rebuilt Salvage title to the our customers. These are clean titles with the remark "Rebuilt Salvage". Also, we mark each car on the lot with the remark, as well as having it listed in the title remarks of all vehicles. It can be seen before the auction begins. This way you can decide if you want to buy a car that is rebuilt branded. Again we would love to find out exactly what happen with your vehicle.

DO not buy here. SCAM. There cars have salvage history but they dont state that until your getting your title. Took my $300 deposit because I told them i am not driving a salvage car its unsafe how can you guarantee its safe? He stayed quit. Its also hard to find a insurance company that will put full coverage on salvage cars. I was going to dispute it but i dont have time for court and plus athey lost my business instead and I hope others stay away. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the other reviews and it cost me $300 lol its ok what comes around goes around. Check my yelp review for the picture showing that they say its a clear title it wont let me upload pictures on here.
