Bought a rear differential from them, they had it shipped and to their Douglasville yard by the next day, found out my diff wasn't the issue so I called and asked of I could return it. Was told yes and that on that part there was no handling oor restocking fee. Returned the part on Friday in hopes it would be refunded to my card by the next week. Was informed that it wasn't processed until Wednesday the following week due to them being poor at putting information on the returns in their system for their other locations to pull up and see, needless to say my weekend plans are ruined because the money won't be back to my until monday... will not go to them ever again and will not recommend anyone to them. Poor customer service..

I bought a engine with the extended warranty and have no issues at all with there service or sales staff. See 1 person complaining about a pigtail from dealer $44. How cheap are you to think you could get it cheaper somewhere else.

Will no longer do business with them. The part we called for was 115.00 and that was for only half of the axle. Same part brand new but the whole axle for 80.00. They were good in the beginning, but have now become a over priced junk yard.
