Worst service ever ! Their practice don't reflect the high-end standing of the Brand. I will never let them touch my car again ! I am speaking for the maintenance service, and as i read in an other comment, if you love your car, pass your way !
Trying to order and put a deposit down on a 2023 Defender but getting a runaround. Manager wants us to come in because he cant seem to work with the build we already made online. Funny, because another LR dealership sees it just fine. Trying to support the local economy, but the typical small town mentality is forcing us to look elsewhere. You cant cherry-pick the easy pickings and ignore the rest of us, or that fancy new Viera building will became a very pretty Dollar General. Get it together.
Lisa Defilippo, thank you for your kind review. We are so happy to hear that we were able to provide you with a great car buying experience. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to our staff. Until next time!

Great car buying experience! This was by far the best and easiest car purchase I have ever made. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff exceeded all of my expectations. Peter Veugeler (Sales Consultant), Lenny Panzini (Sales Manager), and Bill Lloyd (Finance Manager) are all top notch! I would definitely recommend Merritt Island Land Rover; it was well worth the trip from Jacksonville.
My leased Land Rover needed extensive service, which was distressing but Ashli and the service department made every effort possible to eliminate any inconvenience to me. They managed to turn a lousy situation into a fine outcome. Thanks!

People are very nice... Service is very poor !!! You don't get to speak with a technician, so if you have questions About you vehicle .... You have to ask the customer service person Who will ask the technician for you Which in my opion is a total waste of eveyone's time When I have a question I want to speak with the pertson who actually Worked on my car!!!!! Good luck!!
