Sorry to say, don't go here especially for late model vehicles. Horrible experience upgrading stereo on a 2016 CR-V. They had to experiment with multiple interfaces to get the right side camera working and we had to spend extra to purchase a new backup camera. Definitely not experts, they seemed to be making it up as they went. Tried to share my experience from a customer's perspective and the owner, rather than listening and empathizing, proceeded to interrupt and point out that they rock and have been in business for many years and that, if my experience was real, they wouldn't be in business. He also pointed out to me that I'm not perfect either... seriously? At no time did any variant of I'm sorry (for your experience, for the inconvenience, that you're frustrated...) come out of his mouth. Just a constant flow of justification. Staff is nice enough and the owner is personable as long as everything is going smooth but I would warn people to choose another shop to have your sound upgraded especially late model vehicles with other systems integrated into the stereo. These guys just don't have a deep understanding of how the systems interact or the proper interface to install, at least in a Honda. We really wanted to support a local business but this ended up a very negative experience at a premium price.

Did great work. Very fair in pricing. Will go back and recommend to others. Way better pricing than Car Tunez. I stand corrected owner is slime ball. I refferred a customer that which they gauged for every penny. It was simple sub box with built in amp. Any installer that knows what he is doing . It was litterly 5 wires. They quoted him 2 hours which in a phone call after they started turned into 4. I had 2 stereos installed by them and i talked friend into going back after the last time they sold him horrible speakers for way to much. They didnt even remember us. Horrible customer service. The son did call to apologize which was nice but too little to late. Sad because its a dying industry. Cars now come with great speaker systems stock. I or any of my friends will never come back. The store must only get one customer a week so they will milk u for every nickel and dime they can. They are desperate. We will take our business else where.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. The father Steve and son Sam that run this store have no idea what "customer service" is. What they do know is how to nickel and dime you of your money. My dad went in for a simple repair of his radio. I paid an initial fee of $300 for diagnosis and manual labor. They took my dad's radio out to further diagnose the issue. We were told THEY would call us about what the issue and the cost of repair. We waited about a week and a half before WE had to call them to find out anything. When my dad asked why he hadn't received a courtesy call to at least acknowledge him, Sam blew up on my dad saying "why would I call you when there's no news? Do you want me to call you tomorrow to tell you that? " When they finally got back to my dad to quote him for repairs, he was quoted $700 for the repair, which was MORE EXPENSIVE than the DEALERSHIP. When he said no, Steve tried to charge my dad an additional $375 for diagnostic testing AND another manual labor fee for having to put back the radio. If you want to lose your money, this is your place to go. We were told THEY would call us about what the issue and the cost of repair. We waited about a week and a half before WE had to call them to find out anything.
