Customer service HORRIBLE? None of the waitresses nor staff was attentive to my party! Walked in sat at a table for literally 30 mins before anyone came to check on me or even greet me! Also later in the night I ordered simple chicken pasta with asparagus, it took over an hour to get my food! After walking to the kitchen myself and speaking with the mgr as well as my waitress. I wouldn't recommend this place unless ur strictly having a party and buying bottles! They provide damn good bottle service, before serving customers first! They also use at least 5-7 girls to walk bottles to ur table, when you only need 2-3 if that. My first and last experience was horrible at Domain!

Sorry for that experience. Our patrons dont have the same experience. We understand some cards might decline, that does not really have anything to do with our establishment. We are very strict with what you are talking about. That cannot be the situation. Thanks for coming.

I'm not from Texas and my card company initially flagged and declined the transaction as a suspicious charge. The server came back and told me. I gave her cash instead and she still charged my card and never bought back the change which I really didn't care about. The whole place just looks shaddddddyyyyyyy and full of bandulu. I will never return here.

Met my daughter here for a quick nightcap on my way home. Surprisingly elegant inside which wasn't expected given how some of the patrons we're dressed going inside. Nice layout, DJ was jamming, and mixed crowd (meaning 30+ & under 30). Drinks were pleasantly strong & waitress seemed nice. Hookah was my fav!! Prob the best & strongest I've had in a long while. I would return.

It was an alright time. Linked up with some family and friends. Waitresses seemed more concerned with looking cute and eating then actually serving and they congregated at their own table, eating and playing on their phones while we had empty cups on our table so we ended up walking to the bar and ordering our own drinks. Bartender was pouring solid drinks though, can't hate on that!
