I was an out of town traveler with a trailer on my first day of vacation. It took over 3hrs for Chevy roadside assistance to get to me. The service advisor told me what the issue with my truck was and then told me that the parts were on National back order. I found the needed parts at another dealer and all they had to provide was a purchase order, but NO, processes and procedures prevented them from expediting this repair, leaving my wife and me stranded for 10 days. Once it was finally finished, my brand new truck with less than 5000 miles has fine scratches on both front fenders.

They no longer take reservation on the weekend for service which means I had to wake up hours earlier than I normally do on my day off to sit in the heat with half dozen other cars. Have to have service here or voids warranty so for a person that works during the week virtually impossible to get done errands quickly.
