I bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger here and in the one year I have had it there have been no problems other than with the internal hard drive. The service was excellent and tho they could not get me a loan, I purchased the car and a great price and later found out that my extended warranty was the least expensive anyone could offer. What a great experience! Loved the appointment we could set up to discuss all the details in buying another vehicle, efficiency from all the staff we worked with. This is our 3 vehicle from them and we will be returning again.
We had issues with our Dodge Neon cooling system. After being assured by the Service Department on Monday morning that they could have the car repaired and back on the road by the end of the following day, we had the car towed to the dealer. Tuesday morning we were informed that the parts were in and the car would be finished by 3pm that day. We called to check on the status around 2pm Tuesday afternoon to be told that the parts just arrived and it the car wouldn't be finished until Wednesday. The service reps we talked with were rude and disrespectful. Van Andel & Flikkema failed miserably.
