Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for its routine oil change. Was told that I would get a conventional oil change and pay about $40 thats expected. An hour or so later, it was time to check out and the guy laughed off that he made a mistake and the truck takes full synthetic so the price jump to almost $100. I try my best not to complain and I need my car so I just paid it. Fast forward to the start of this week and I start having engine trouble. Take it to another dealership and they find that Im two quarts short of oil and thats why my car has been stalling for the past three days. Had to pay $60 to get another oil change to fix what these people at DARCARS failed to do. Dealing with this has been nerve wracking because your car shutting off while driving is out of this world dangerous. The other dealer found no leaks and blamed this on human error. I will be calling in the morning to request at least a partial refund because $96 for an oil change that wasnt done with fidelity is bad business. Im disgusted.
Thank you for connecting with us! I am so sorry for all the trouble, this is not the impression we want to leave with you. May you please email me, Jammie Dobson at darcars.com. I would like to know more about your experience and provide assistance. Thank you again in advance.

This is the worst dealership in the world. The GSM Steve made us drive for 3+ hours after setting on a price. The salesman showed us the car, we test drove it, and told us we're gonna get it for the price we settled for. Then Steve comes and tells us you're not getting it for this price let me show you another car. We were furious and left because Steve was playing games and the salesman was shocked, then we had a talk with the owner and he just said that Steve made a mistake. DO NOT GO, I've read the bad reviews before going but didn't believe them. Now I believe every one of them.

Buyers beware! I called and confirmed a Jeep Gladiator was on their lot before driving an hour and a half to the dealership. They confirmed it was, and the price was the same as listed online. After spending 3 hours in the dealership, and them running my credit, the payment was much higher than it should have been. They would not tell us why, or show us a breakdown of the financial information. They did not, and still have not even showed me my interest rate. 2 days later they finally texted me the financials. Turned out, they were trying to charge me a price over 15,000 dollars higher than what was listed online. If I would have known it they were selling the truck for 61,000 bucks, instead of what was listed online (43,000 bucks) I would have never wasted a Saturday at that dealership. They lied to my wife and I repeatedly saying they didnt know. But we know it was a lie, because we understand basic math. Do not shop this dealership unless you want to deal with lies and waste your day.
