Not sure if I should rate the dealership or whomever they partner with for Internet sales contacts. My father was kind enough to shop around Subaru dealerships for me as we would like to lease a 2021 Subaru Ascent Touring or Limited, as I am in need of a car now but just do not have the time. We received a prompt phone call and was asked exactly what we were looking for, we gave precise details - I know what I want down to the color. As the internet specialist took the info, came back with a price but pushed for a Premium model which I do not want. As my father asked for more information and had questions as we have only ever financed a car and never leased (as well as constantly repeated his requests we asked over an EMAIL) the person responded: "Thank you and Goodbye" HUNG UP ON MY FATHER. This was unacceptable and we crossed this dealership off our list to visit. Name of the Internet Specialist: Wilfred Manatsa

Used to like this place. Dealt with a very nice salesperson today. He went back and forth to the upper salesperson. I had a specific number that I clearly stated, and after multiple trips back and forth to the other guy, I overhear the other guy say rude things about me. NOPE. Not dealing with OBNOXIOUS people that are rude to potential customers. Will NEVER buy or lease a Subaru again.

I went on Saturday to see if we can get a new car, and David Gittens, he was beyond helpful with everything! We are more than thankful with him for all the help and the resources that he gave us! We returned Tuesday & the car was parked in front waiting for us all clean and ready to go to his new home. Thank you Subaru family & thank you David for all the help! Went into this dealership to look at a Legacy. Took a test drive and liked the car, so I asked what the financing deal would look like. I checked the numbers on their deal and discovered I would've been paying more than $3,000 extra for no reason. The manager sat down and immediately accused me of miscalculating. I watched him do the math, and even let him nickel and dime me to see if he could make up the difference and justify the price, which he couldn't. The guy is a jerk. Steer clear of this place.
