Hi Julian, I am so sorry for any problems with your order. Maybe you are the same Julian DeMark we replied to earlier, but either way, we are happy to make any mistakes on your product right. It sounds like you may have gotten an embroidery order that we had done through Blue Frog. They too are a great company and take responsibility for their quality when there is an issue. As of now, I could not find an order associated with your name over the past 10 years, and prior to that we did not do any production in house, we were a distributor. Please send us some details so we can follow up accordingly. As far as our employees and the work environment goes, we are a fully open company. Our staff is given a copy of our latest financial statements upon request, and all are offered access to our full benefit package, including health insurance, dental, eye care, 401K Match and profit sharing. Again we are happy to have clients and former clients over for a tour. We are proud to have an extremely low turnover rate and and average tenure of 6.5 years, which, in our industry, is unheard of. However, we understand that all workplaces don't work out for everyone. Again, please let us know how we can resolve the issues with your order, and how we might identify exactly when we produced it. All complex jobs are outsourced to Blue Frog printing in Hayward. Save the yourselves the fees of this terrible middle man, support a local business that cares about their workers. Hostile and demeaning work environment by all accounts, they have temp workers denied a any benifits baked into the equation, their business model is taking advantage of a vulnerable sector of society and calling it charity. Avoid Social Imprints! In response to comment below I know this company backwards and forwards because I worked there, I did not and would never use the services because I know whats going on at this incredibly hostile discrace of a company.
