This has to be the worst dealership in the United States.. I scheduled service for my 2014 Dodge Durango RT with 82,344 miles on Monday 10/19/20..The service rep called on Thursday telling me they don't accept high mileage vehicles.. I am totally confused.. It is your make.. So if I purchase a vehicle from your dealership.. I can't get it service after I reach a certain mileage... Mind you he didn't even say the maximum mileage.. I will be fighting to get y'all service certification revoked..

I visited this dealership on January 25,2017 for a flat tire. My experience was horrible,I waited 3 hours and 25 mins for them to fix my tire and get me out of there. I sat for 1.5 hours before going to find out why I was still waiting only to here the mechanic say let me go check if we have the tire. I have a tire warranty that they refuse to accept even though I purchased the warranty through Jeep. I paid for the tire out of pocket and all Phil the representivie had to do was send in the invoice so I would be reimbursed. Well that was too much for him. He never sent in the invoice and so I was never reembursed. I called and spoke with him and his response was " let me see what I can do". I usually never right reviews but the service here is exceptionally bad that I really had to right this review. Every time I've ever been there I have had a bad experience, it's as if they go out of their way to make sure the service is really bad. If you can avoid using this dealership please do. It's terrible from sales to service. I'll update what happens with reimbursement as soon as I have details.

Bought a Cherokee here. Bill greeted us and shook our hand when we walked in, something we didn't get at any dealer. He found us the car we wanted and we bought it same day. General Manager also shook our hand and thanked us for business which was a nice touch. Tough negotiators, though.

Just got our 3rd 2021/2022 Grand Cherokee Altitude from them and theyre service was excellent. I always drive the hour just to be able to be serviced by them. Would recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase.
