Steve and the crew are great! Prices can be a tad high, but u get what u pay 4 and I have used their alarms on 4 out of 5 of my last vehicles with no complaints!

I wish I would have went there first. I wanted somewhere else and they did a bad job. Thank God for safe and sound car alarm place because they fixed the problem. Their prices are very reasonable and they know what they're doing.

The workers are rude! They try to sell you the most expensive products! I took my car to get my sounds put in, and while I waited I never got an update of when they were gonna finish. I ended up waiting five hours. And as customers were coming in to shop and ask questions, the worker was rude to them and acting like they were dumb because they didn't know too much about cars. I don't like when black people are disrespectful to their own kind
