Possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever had in 53 years. ZERO communication, switching buy numbers during the process, and extremely slow responses caused the car I wanted to buy to become unavailable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I went into the store to purchase a SUV I was greeted by Jeffrey who kept asking how much I had for a down payment I didn't reveal that I had a cashier's check for 10,000 dollars with their name on it I applied online prior to my arrival and despite the fact that have excellent credit and online they advertise a 3,000 dollar customer incentive and a 0.9 percent interest rate plus I'm a first responder I was quoted an interest rate that would have this 60 year old black lady paying 900 dollars for 72 month's on a 52,000 car I I also didn't reveal the one I reallly wanted was higher in price so what price would the cost of that truck 100,000

Special thanks to Kevin Gerhardt whom made my vehicle purchase a smooth breeze. From start to finish, Kevin was very seasoned (experienced) and detailed when it came to knowing the Jaguar vehicles. He was very tentative to my needs in a vehicle and exceeded my expectations by far. When shopping for a vehicle.... Jaguar in Hinsdale should be your first choice when purchasing a vehicle.... When you get there, ask for Kevin Gerhardt, he exceeded my expectations as I'm sure he will exceed yours too.

Getting a service appointment is an absolute nightmare. They're booked weeks out, don't have enough loaner cars, and don't honor JLRs warranty. I've brought my car here 3 times. First time was some typical warranty work regarding the Y coolant pipe, water pump, and engine mounts. They tried to fight me on the engine mounts saying they weren't collapsed (they were) and that it'd be weeks if I wanted them to take another look. They ended up replacing one of the mounts, but I had to bring it to another shop to the the other collapsed mount replaced. Second time I brought it in was because they failed to properly attach a hose when fixing the previous issue, causing the fuel:air mixture ratio to be too lean. Again it took weeks for me to get an appt. Now, a piece of exterior trim is falling off (no fault of my own, I only hand wash my cars, no damage to the area), but they don't want to cover it even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Save yourself the headache and take your car to a different dealership.
