I wish I could leave 0 stars... their service department is THE WORST. Brought my 2011 charger in for a battery problem, they told me nothing was wrong (as usual) I didn't even get 2 blocks away from the dealership and My car breaks down. I didn't even want to take it back to them to cover this issue under the warranty I went a head and paid a mechanic out my pocket... fast forward to 2017. I take my 2015 dodge charger in for steering/suspension problems, told me nothing was wrong again although me and the mechanic took a ride and he couldn't get my car to keep straight and when confronted about it he said "they're supposed to drive like this"... drove it around for the day, I came back the next day and was met by the rudest service advisor who's first words to me wasn't "good morning, how can we help you" they were "what are you doing back here, were not giving you another wheel alignment so what do you want". *DOESNT LIKE TO FIX WARRANTY ISSUES*

I ordered a bed cover and liner for a truck. When parts came in, I wasnt notified. Upon my call to check status and request installation, I was given an appointment the following week. I arrived at my appointment for the installation at 9:45 am. I was told that I may need to leave it overnight. I was not happy since I planned to wait for the process to finish. I spoke to the service manager Brian (sp?) He did not provide a card. He told me the appt. was only for check in and not the work. He said my email shouldve explained. Didnt get an email & asked what he would do about that. He said make sure I got an email next time. So, Im going to sit in front of their place all day and night if need be. But itll be the last time.

I had my 2013 Dodge towed here due to transmission problems. Just moved here from another state, and this was the closet service center to my home. Although I had no advance reservation, the diagnosis and associated communication was quick and helpful. Bryan in Service kept me up to date on the repair options, and helped work out a solution that came in significantly below what I was expecting to pay for the required work. I was very very pleased overall, and will definitely keep coming back for future needs.

The SUV was never right from the date of purchase. Since then it's been in the shop to many numerous times to mention. It's this it's that. The mechanics never ever get to the route of the problem and so it goes. Warranty almost done then what. Even with warranty you get hit for cash every time. They even wanted to reset the engine without diagnosing why the light was on. Now today it's back engine light on. This is one sorry situation and very time consuming trying to get to work. So I might say this place has much to be desired and the vehicles they sell. Will this piece make a difference I doubt it.
