inquired about getting a kia for our daughter. could get a return call from a salesperson. went in person 4 days later. when the person found out we wanted to order one we were pushed aside and ignored. oh well. the best part i get to tell allllllllll my clients what poor service they provided

Came in some time ago looking for a k5, and Jeffrey R. helped us. He seemed like he wasn't really interested. Took us on 2 minute test drive and was constantly instructing me to make this turn, that turn, and go this way. Before I could really even focus on feeling the car out, we were already back at the dealership, and test drive is over. Not sure what his deal was, but kinda pushed us away from coming back here
Our sales professional Mark Taub was extremely helpful and extremely accommodating. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our sales experience, Mark made us feel very comfortable and helped us with all our questions and concerns. Brian, Kyle, and the rest of the staff at Karp Kia are amazing. After having my car serviced there I will never go somewhere else. They explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and repaired my car in a timely manner. I didnt even have an appointment. I wish I could give them more stars. I will recommend Karp Kia to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys!!

Worst phone etiquette possible. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was ridiculously robotic. She didn't ask me anything about my problem or why my car needed service. I asked if they had any same day appointments and she says "We're fully committed". I ask about tomorrow possibly, she says "we're fully committed". No, I'm sorry we're fully committed tomorrow too but I can offer you... or any energy whatsoever. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with this place. I made my appointment elsewhere with no issues.
