We do find that on person's, "great," can be another's, "needs work," which is why we try to have as many photos as possible posted along with the CarFax so customers can view and decide for themselves. drove over 150 miles each way to see a car they had. even called to confirm availability and to see if it had any obvious issues. i was told the car was good and in "great condition". so i show up with cash and with intention of driving home with it. they over looked something which was very clear to spot and obvious to take notice of. all wheel drive car with mismatch tires, two of which in very poor condition. they offer to replace tires but failed to offer a solution for wasted time and logistics of me taking possession of it at a later date. all of this could have been avoided had they taken notice of the obvious.
I Ordered a new 2021 RAM 2500. To my surprise I got in on the first orders. LUIS MARTINS was great at handling my order, and making changes along the way. I have purchased trucks from Danbury dodge for the last 10 years, so it was great that he handled the delivery and process of getting me the Ram truck when it came in.

This was my 1st visit at Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge service center and I was very pleased with the level of service they provided. I would like to say thank you to Toby for handling my service appointment with a professional and honest manner. I was taking my 2004 to a dealership near my office and each time they would "recommend" random service that would total over $2,000 so I stopped going there. I felt that Toby's recommendations were realistic and I didn't feel taken advantage of. I would also like to recognize Fabio who was very friendly and came into the waiting area to compliment me on the condition of my Jeep. Overall everyone I encountered while I was there were very friendly. Thanks!
Katrina, it appears that there is some confusion here, but to clarify the situation, your husband test drove a Dodge Hellcat under false premises and destroyed the tires. During the test drive, due to the dangerous way he was driving, our associate asked him to return to the dealership. As it was dark and raining when the vehicle was returned, we did not realize the extent of the damage. The next day, when it became apparent, we immediately contacted your husband who admitted to driving the vehicle recklessly and agreed to pay for the tires. We await notification as to when he will make the payment to which he agreed. Due to this incident, the criteria for qualification to test drive our performance vehicles has been changed, but this does not absolve your husband of his responsibility.

Be careful when you test drive their cars my husband went on a test drive with the worker present Got back everything fine no complaints from any workers nothing No call the next day nothing At 5pm the next day my husband was told he messed up their tires during the test drive and he owes $750 hahaha Where was any complaints or anything concerning up until 5pm the next day please Where was the worker complaint after the test drive this is such an awful thing to do to someone...they really need money that bad So be very careful when you go for a test drive! Sad world Manager is completely out of his mind Ps there are plenty of bad reviews for this place go somewhere else
