This is a joke of a place. I found out that parts ordered have been setting there for over a week and never received a call. When I called and left a message still no call back and don't have an appointment scheduled for a new vehicle I purchased. Service is appalling and as soon as the fix the already delayed work order and recalls I will never return here and will do my best to warn others to stay away.

I went in to Ic Cadilac on Tuesday October 18, 2022. A salesman came out to greet us name Dion, who was nice and new to the job. I wanted to check out a CT5. Cadilac took it for a test drive was nice. Dion asked if I liked it I said yes, Dion said lets go inside and maybe we can work some numbers maybe even lower the price. (I already knew he couldnt). I told him I had. Trade so spoke to the guy he went outside checked everything in my car took pictures and drove it around the lot. As he comes inside I thought he would come over and let me know my trade in price but he didnt. (Tall man with a sport coat on and glasses). I hadnt even been asked yet to fill out an application nor did a sales manager come over and say anything while trying to run my credit they just kept calling the new guy Dion going back and forth still no manager to greet me. The last time they called Dion over the financial manager told Dion to come and tell me. You have two options give $5,000 all this time I was still waiting for the appraisal for my car that I had to finally ask. If I could give a zero I would. There were no lets see what we can work out or anything it was wired. For some reason we were judged. Went to another car dealership and was treated like car buyers. I will never come there again. Horrible experience, would rate 0 stars. Paid 800.00 for spark plugs not needed for 27,000 more miles and once they were aware, the only gave me 325.00 credit. They had my car for 11 days for an axle seal which was a $7 part available at Autozone. Will never be going back. Reliable in Roseville has been much better!
