I have had my Vehicle for ONLY 4mths( 2015 Dodge Durango). While driving to work my car suddenly stalled out on the highway, horn started honking, windshield wipers started acting at that point my Vehicle had a mind of it's own! Once Don Whites opened I called them and made them aware of my problem, they told me to bring it in and I did! However, they told me that they found nothing wrong but somehow got the engine light to turn off?? I drove the vehicle home(30 min Drive) and it was okay. Now the next day leave out for work my car comes on then SHUTS DOWN I'm not sure if they just Sold me a BAD VEHICLE or If this is just a COINCIDENCE! However I hope that they have more to say then just saying that they can't find anything because I'm not taking that for an answer. If they made money off of me then I need a RELIABLE VEHICLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

*RUN* This is the worst service center ever! I had an airbag recall on my Jeep. Called to make an appointment and was told the part was not in and they would call when it is. Never heard back. I called later made an appointment for recall. I got in my Jeep when they were completed. To my surprise the red airbag light was beeping, which I had never seen before. I go in to let them know that I now have a beeping airbag light on my dash. They said it would be $150 to turn off! I was flabbergasted! I explained that the light was not on until I brought it in for recall repair. The irony was not lost on the fact that I am bringing my Jeep in for airbag recall and now I have a beeping red airbag light that I now am told I have to pay $150 to turn off?!!! I purchased my Jeep there and sales was fine but I will never purchase any vehicle from Don Whites again in fear of having to deal with the service center. If you want to be jerked around this is the place for you...

I called in ahead and spoke with Sebastian. If you get him, ask for someone else. I was looking for a Dodge ram 2500 tradesman crew cab with an 8 foot bed that we could attach a gooseneck trailer to. The gooseneck hitch didnt have to be pre-installed but the bed had to be 8 foot. I asked Sebastion about the specs of the truck amd he said the bed looked 8 foot. I asked if the bed looked longer than the rest of the truck because a crew cab truck on the front end is about 8 foot long and the bed would have been the same looking in length if it was. He said it did, so I drove up to see him. The bed was 4 foot. Clearly no where near 8 feet. Then when we asked about the rest of the inventory he lied to his manager about what we wanted and called us liars to our faces when I mentioned the need for an 8 foot bed. He then tried to tell me that 2500 crew cabs don't come in heavy duty when the one he showed us was a 2500 5.7L heavy duty crew cab.... It wasn't what he said it was, or even close to it. Then they tried to hold the car we were debating on trading in hostage in order to try and strong arm us into buying what we wanted sight unseen and having it delivered to us. All in all the worst experience ive had with a dealership. We were lied to, had our time wasted and ended up walking out with our $18000 trade-in and $10000 in cash. We will be heading elsewhere.
