Total harassment by these people. HAD to use them for a recall repair. That's where they got my truck and personal information. Numerous phone calls trying to get me to trade my truck for a new truck, and PAYMENTS. I repeatedly asked for them to cease calling me about trading in my truck. Four calls later, even one on the 4th of July, a holiday, and they're still harassing me. Each time I told them that I was not interested, and to stop calling me. Today was the final straw. I had sold my truck months ago (yes, I told them that I didn't own it any more and still get calls), and I get a RUDE salesperson who wouldn't give up. Kept badgering me to buy a new truck. I've blocked their number. Yes, they have several numbers. Next time I'll just call a lawyer.

Let me start off by saying Chevy dealership didnt honor my extended warranty because I was 20 miles over 75,000. I get it. I got charged 1200.00 for a water pump. I could of had my mechanic do it for 300.00 plus parts. I get it. I told the service advisor to wash it at least. I went to pick the truck up and it wasnt washed. 1200.00 and they couldnt at least give me a wash without me having to ask again for it. Point is dont ever take your vehicle to a dealership to fix. I did it because there isnt any mechanics that I know in this town because I am not from here.

My 2011 GMC Denali Diesel Dually broke down on the road and I had it towed to Fredericksburg Chevrolet on August 5, 2021. After they completed diagnosis, I was told that the entire fuel system would need to be replaced (about $12K.). It took several weeks to get the parts, then once installed, I was informed that some of the new parts were faulty, would need to be reordered and replaced. At this time, my truck had been in the shop for over two months, leaving me only my motorcycle as a daily driver to get to work, and Fredericksburg Chevrolet never offered me a loaner vehicle. At about the nine week point in this process, I stopped by the dealership to get an update. My service manager, Brian, took me out to the repair shop to get the story on my truck direct from the shop foreman. Brian addressed this man, who never stood up or made any attempt to acknowledge me and never even looked up from his computer monitor as Brian asked him questions about my truck, which the foreman basically only answered with gruff short replies. This left me with zero confidence that they really knew how to repair my truck. As we left the shop, I told Brian that I had been very understanding, but now that the weather was turning cold and rainy, I needed a loaner vehicle as it was impractical for me to continue riding the motorcycle daily. He replied that they probably didn't have a loaner vehicle, and that he would have to ask his manager. I replied that I would be more than happy to discuss this situation with his manager myself. Then all of a sudden, Brian was bale to get me a nice loaner truck. The week after I had to cancel our vacation because I didn't have my truck to pull my 20,000 # RV, I was called that my truck was ready and it had totally been tested. I picked it up on October 30, 2021. I drove it out to my property, but when driving it back into town that very afternoon, the service engine light came on. I immediately called Brian and took my truck back to the Chevrolet dealership. I was finally able to get my truck from Phil on November 12, 2021 after all of the final repairs were completed. As of today, November 18, 2021 my truck seems to be running fine. What an overall terrible experience. Collin D. Furr
