I called to the service department for an appointment at 3:30 PM Friday afternoon for a code that came up on my 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel, service department was busy. I was told that I would receive a call back that afternoon. No callback that afternoon, so I stopped by the dealership on Saturday. The gentleman I spoke with took my info and told me that someone would call me back on Monday morning, Monday came and gone and this is now Thursday of that same week. Still no callback, I will never darken your doorstep again. Very poor service.

Would give zero stars if I could. The salesman I spoke with never contacted me back after he said he would. Was set to buy the truck but he didnt seem interested in selling it to me. I went and bought the same truck else where. I work for a CSM company and feel this type of customer service should be punishable. I know where I work it wouldn't go over well at all.
Car broke down ten minutes down the highway!! After purchasing our 2017 just before closing on Saturday, the clutch failed on the car to the point of it needing to be towed back home. (50 miles!) Luckily we were able to get it to a parking lot before not moving at all. Several hours later and quite the bill, we were able to get the car home . It will be 2.5 weeks before the part is shipped and then towing car to a shop to replace the shot clutch. Be weary of this place ! You may end up stranded on the same highway. Salesmen didn't know much about this car and now I can guess why . $15,000+ for a car that won't move for weeks !
