Offers 7k less then anyone. Kbb cash value. Carvina exc. Sells defective cars with wrong computers for 8k when they pay 1500. Very shady work. It's the next dales dead bug! Avoid avoid avoid! Do your research before you buy or sell to these people

Bought my new car from here a week ago now. I have had no issues with it since (as it should be), and the staff was extremely willing to work with you. They were my 2nd out of 5 stops that day on my car buying adventure. They were okay with me looking elsewhere, and when I called to state I was coming back they had the vehicle pulled up at the front door for me! Shout out to Deven in being very helpful and Caleb made the financing process extremely easy for an impatient person such as myself! I recommend them to anyone who asks!

I'd give negative stars if I could. My family and I had a mind blowing experience. I called in to inquire availability/test drive on 2 particular vehicles which was confirmed. We live 45 min from the dealership, so I let them know we'd be out the door within the hour once my wife packed up our 3 year old, 9 month old, and myself on crutches a week post surgery. I was told "just ask for Ryan and we'll have them ready". We arrived in an hour, noticed the 2 vehicles I requested pulled up for us next to the front door. When we walked in Ryan was with another customer. We waited 20 minutes to find out from another employee that Ryan had sold the vehicle we were there intending to purchase. The only interaction we had with Ryan was when I was speaking to other employees before we left about places to eat in Glencoe since we were surely not going to give them our business, Ryan asked if we liked Mexican food and handed me a coupon to a local restaurant. How kind. At least Ryan made the sale. We left. I don't write reviews unless I feel disrespected. I went back and forth, even called and informed a newer manager who seemed respectable to feel better about not writing a bad review. Ultimately, my family was embarrassed and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. This was the most unprofessional customer experience I've ever experienced.
