Service was good as usual. What I am not happy is with the remote start app. They had us delete the old app which never worked and install a new app which worked at the dealership. Once I left the dealer ship it no longer works anywhere. Very disgusted that I have this great car and it does not have a workable remote start. I really wish this could be resolved this really would make me consider a different brand when it's time to get a new care.
Gavin, Our records show that your vehicle was test driven 1 mile after the repair not 362 miles. Also the hood cable was replaced which is not normally offered back to the customer due to the length and greasiness. We still have the cable if you would like it back. My hood would not open so I went to Jaguar of Troy for repair. Three things that I did not appreciate. 1) a test drive of over 362 miles and 2) did not offer to show me the old replaced part. 3) poor communication. Would not recommend.
