Arranged service appointment a week prior. After 3.5 hours because they were shorthanded, I was informed that they don't have the part in stock. I specifically called a week before to verify that all parts required for the repair which was already diagnosed previously were in stock. Napletons solution was pay for the part now come back in a week and for my inconvenience I can have a loaner while being repaired. Very disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere.
Used them twice. Horrendous experience both times. Last year, they said they would have my car for 2 days to make a new key. 4 days later, I had to demand to have my car back. Then I got 2 different invoices with 2 different prices. This year I had a recall. They came and picked up the car. I asked if they could wash it and vacuum it too. Car came back scratched to hell on the roof. The car porter pointed it out to me. Randy didn't return calls. Didn't respond to photos of scratches. Got Fiat US corporate involved. Dealership lied about it all. Said the guy I was talking to was fired and that I should contact Randy. The same guy I was trying to work with! Offered to buff it out. Fiat US offered a year of free oil changes at the same place. Thanks. You just took at least $500 of the value of my car and you're giving me $50 worth of oil changes from the place that messed up my car? I'm selling my car. Not driving it 2 hours to get it worked on at another dealership. Too bad, I love me car.

Front desk still needs some work, but it looks like it was a mix-up RE: my hubcap and it was straightened out Monday. However, when people are looking for answers, help them find it. Often time, we're not asking difficult questions and if the systems are interconnected, then someone can at look up my order and tell me what to expect. Still would go to Bettenhausen in Tinley Park because their Fiat section is much larger than Napleton's and I'm likely to have fewer issues with more staff dedicated to my make of car. But in a pinch, I won't be adverse to try Napleton first. I just now know I need to be on top of everything and not assume what I'm told is everything I need to know.
