Would not recommend this company unless your willing to pay for add on charges never discussed with you...went in to order ~$400 worth of business plaques. The "guy" helping me went over the different costs and additional charges like expedited shipping ect. They sent me the artwork for approval on 1/17 (which I approved). Then they sent the invoice on 1/18 which had an unexplained charge of $17.50 for "Logo Run". I emailed "Emmy" asking what this was about? She said it was because "it took longer to engrave" and "I was charged it last year". I explained that this was never discussed with me during the ordering process, she agreed to remove "this time, but I will be charged it on future orders". I understand if it was explained in advance of the order but I shouldn't be expected to remember year old invoice line items especially since this is a different order. I went in to pick up the pieces today and "Emmy" took payment and as I was just about to leave she say's "whether you remember it or not or we forget to tell you, you will be charged that fee on all orders in the future". Well, safe to say, there wont be any other future orders with "Emmy" and Crown Trophy.

I cant thank Bob and Pam and the Crowne Trophy staff enough for the assistance and guidance they gave me.. I was in a rush for employee recognition awards, I had no idea what I was looking for. Not only did they make great suggestions, they were beautifully done, complete, shipped and PERFECT! It was the easiest annual award decisions I have ever made! I could not of asked for more!
