My family ordered an engine for my vehicle and paid about 700 dollars for shipping to our community. The engine came and the shop doing my repairs notified us saying the engine we received was broken and they can't put it in my vehicle. We had delays on both ends but the engine finally got sent back at North West Autos expense. It was confirmed a broken engine and they only reimbursed for the engine cost and NOT the initial 700 shipping. So months later, still no fixed vehicle and I'm out 700 bucks.

GREAT customer service. Tim is the man! This guy needs a raise! Im all the way in New Jersey and wasnt really comfortable for getting parts shipped from that far but Tim made it a smooth transaction. He made sure Im getting the right stuff AND sent me pictures before purchase. Fast shipping & great customer service.
