I give 3 because my daughter liked the bubble tea very much, but I ordered the regular size strawberry cream frappe and was charged 9.99 for both regular sized drinks and the frappe was just milk and ice it didn't taste like strawberries at all, very disappointed.

Waited for 10 minutes to buy some cupcakes, no one ever came out from the back, no bell on door to alert them customers arrive. Lost my business. This happened Friday 3/18/22 at 11 am.

She ruined my sons birthday told us a lot of false detail on the cake to make it cost more then on expectantly when we picked it up it look like a Walmart cake she never replied back to any of my comments when I try to contact her do not let her ruin your memories like she did mine
