Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. My Mazda had a small driver's door ding which was fixed admirably by Jason W, but WITHOUT A GLASS GUARD! Vehicle was returned with deep, permanent, vertical scratches in the driver's side door glass thanks to sloppy, aggressive PDR work without the proper care and attention to protect the glass from the steel tools. Body shop did their best to polish them out, but the scratches are still there and apparently will be forever. Very, very disappointed with a truly unprofessional job that actually did more damage to the vehicle than it removed.
