Terrible service, terrible ability to make a sale, no ambition to help th customer, and a complete lack of fortitude to ensure the customer gets what they paid for. The maintenance department is God-awful and I'm amazed that they have managed to dress themselves consistently this far into their lives. The vehicles are of great quality but the people selling them have no idea how. Waited two weeks to get a vehicle that was already paid for. Please, DO BETTER.

The worse service ever. After picking up my vehicle after service and being assured the vehicle was in 100% condition, 10 minutes later fuel was pouring from my tank. I was stranded in the middle of the road. Improper maintenance caused the leak. After fixing that issue, I went to pick the vehicle up again and I start hearing a vibration noise. They did not install a clip and allowed a line to rattle. I would think bringing the car to the dealership for servicing I could feel comfortable and know my car was reliable. This is not the case, luckily I will be moving soon and will not have to bring the vehicle back there.

Leased my wife her second Range Rover from LR Shreveport in 2019. Wonderful automobile, but the SUV was in a <10 mph fender-bender and has sat in the shop with me making payments for over 17 months. ZERO support in obtaining replacement parts from LR Shreveport or Jaguar Land Rover USA. I have not been able to fund retirement for nearly 2 years over the vehicle. While they are very nice vehicles, do not expect ANY help from the dealership nor the manufacturer if damaged! Feel free to contact me for any information if you have any questions.
