When we got there for only an oil change, they told us it would be an hour and a half from start to finish because there were 4 people in front of us. I really needed it to be done because we will be traveling and I needed a new oil plug so we waited it out. We waited for two hours for an "Express Oil change" to be done. About $50 later, my husband looked at the paperwork and asks me if they said anything to me about a leak. I looked at him and asked what he was talking about and he said they wrote on page 3 of the report that oil and transmission pan is seeping and there is an engine and transmission leak. I am still completely amazed that we were there for 2 hours and something is leaking and yet you don't say a word??????? I never went there much for service to begin with due to time constraints (it's about 20 mins each way and not always conducive with my schedule) but now I will definitely not be going back since they did not even bother to tell me that there is a potential issue after us waiting for 2 hours.
