Had my car all day. Had some issues. Told me it was drivable but when I went to leave car died. 1400$ and it runs worse than when I brought it in

The sales rep went beyond what I requested by providing an option I didn't think of as well as providing transportation to help me return my rental car. He was polite and very respectful. The financing rep was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding what warranty would work best for me.

The service department was simply great. We had a breakdown and they helped us in many ways. They stayed over an hour after closing time on a Friday! Mary was very patient and helpful every step of the way. Impressive!

Purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback in June of 2021. Purchased the 1 2 3 4 bundle package for service and warranty. They let me know by E mail what my first service was due the first part of Aug. They did a oil change and tire rotation and gave me an invoice for $100.64. Let them know I had purchased the All inclusive plan and it was no charge. Next service was in December and Received the same invoice charge. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here with an all inclusive service agreement with the extra cost of 3995.00. Based on the invoice charges.
