Find a different shop. The product they delivered us was garbage, and they wouldnt even consider a partial refund. After a GREAT experience with Seneca Press in 2014, I thought I could count on them to provide the same level of customer service and quality. Unfortunately, several years later, it seems this company has gone way down hill. They charged the full amount up front (nearly $1000 for a run of 55 shirts) and delivered shirts we couldnt even use: the colors were way off, and the water-based inks they used were hard to the touch (like plastisol). Please use a different shop that will treat you well and care about the product they deliver. The customer service was awful (it took multiple follow-up emails and calls to get responses from Stefanie) and after they messed up the order they only worked against me rather than with me. Luckily I found a different shop that laughed at the shirts Seneca Press printed and can actually deliver a quality product.

Excellent service and fast turn around time. Some of the best pricing in screen printing. Very easy to work with and their print quality is second to none.
