I wouldn't recommend buying a car here, the customer service is simply not exceptable. Good luck trying to get satisfaction from Frank the service manager.
I have owned many expensive cars, this is my first Aston and my first interaction with WPB Aston Martin and it was not good. I was warned about this from some Aston owners I have spoken to, but I decided to see for myself and form my own opinion. I went in to talk to the service dept. about the car I had just bought, which was originally supplied by WPB Aston and always serviced by them, plus to order some parts and get prices on some other parts I may well need. I went to service first. You would think I was asking for the winning lottery numbers, the guy couldn't wait to get rid of me. First impressions count and this was a bad one. I don't mind being told something cannot be done, somethings are not possible I know that, but I do mind how it is said and when you know this person has no interest in what you are saying is just rude. It didn't appear to be very busy as there were 3 people all gathered around not doing a lot, but there could have some drama going on behind the scenes that I'm not aware of, but I doubt it. I was still trying to ask other questions of this guy when he started walking away from me. I got the feeling no one gave a damn. I didn't go to the parts department as I was pretty angry. I didn't get a "sorry I couldn't help", or "is there anything else I can help you with" or "you might try this", nothing no alternative suggestion just "nope" when I asked "so thats it then there is nothing else you can suggest that would help me?". Quite unbelievable I should have listened to those that warned me and saved my time. I actually drove up there as I couldn't get through on the phone either. I will not go back and I will make sure if asked by other Aston owners about my first and only interaction with WPB Aston Martin.
I purchased my DB11 from AMPB. When I started my search for a DB11, 50% of my time was spent searching out the top 2 or 3% of the DB11's for sale in the United States, my requirements were very specific; color. mileage and options. The remining 50% of my time was spent checking out the dealerships. Aston Martin Palm Beach had the exact DB11 I wanted and Aston Martin Palm Beach was and is the dealership I wanted to do business with and will continue doing business with. As it turns out AMPB is 13 miles from my home in North Palm Beach.

I stopped in with my father to look at a Jaguar F-Pace. He also wanted to look at the Aston Martins. The first thing that the salesman said to my father was that we shouldnt be in there to use the restroom. Wow... Ive bought several Mercedes, BMWs and Audis in my life and have never been asked to leave before I even got to look. I am usually treated as though I cant possible be knowledgeable in cars because Im a woman...but this was a new one. We looked around a bit but didnt stay as no one even talked to us. We were dressed casually (shorts and sandals) but Salespeople shouldnt assume we cant afford the cars. I will say an Aston Martin is currently out of my price range...but the Jaguar wasnt. I was interested in looking more but will not go back. I can buy one in Chicago and be treated much better.
