Its been almost a week since I ordered my jersey. Havent gotten any update other then my order number. I do hope to hear something soon. So I can redo this review. I have a shirt and it seems to be of good quality. I also ordered a sweater.
Hello, we're sorry to hear this was your experience! Not a standard we hold ourselves too. Can you let me know what store you visited and what day? We will look into it and make sure other customers aren't treated like this again. - Marcus Harvey (owner)

Big cap. Employee acted super stuck up when I went in there. First time and last time. Just look at all their positive reviews... All white people.
Thanks Josh! Always happy to get something like that fixed for ya! Enjoy the new hat!

Great customer service!!! Bought a hat from them and the clasp fell off that held the band in and was disappointed didn't know if it was me or just kind of broken. I reached out and they immediately shipped me a replacement absolutely pain free. They are amazing!
Hey Jay, thanks for the review and voicing your concern. You are correct! Not all of our product is made here, and to be honest, I wish it was. There just aren't factories and places to produce the types of apparel we want to create for our customers. However, we do try to focus on doing as much as we can here in Portland. All of our T-shirts and a large percent of our hats are printed and embroidered in NE Portland, where our orders have actually helped them stay open during this hard time. I wish we could produce all our product here, it's a pipe dream that I'll be working on for many years to make happen, but until then we'll keep doing our best, supporting the community how we can, and doing as much as we can here locally to keep our money in our economy. We hope to earn you back as a customer one day.

Portland Gear has a cool brand and some decent concepts but that's where the good ends. Here is the worst part. They have been flat out lying to Portland about where the products are made in order to seem "local." Most understand that not all businesses can source product in the USA due to costs, but a company should not lie to the public. Until recently their website said all their products were designed and made in Oregon! That is not PORTLAND to lie. For instance the P Snapback hats are made in Bangladesh by YP, and then customized (The P is put on) maybe in Oregon, well maybe not. They took that off their website too. No longer designed in Oregon, No longer Made in Oregon. Hmmmm.... One star for lack of ethics
