Hi Kellie, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed, but if you're going to leave a review like that, Please don't forget to mentions other facts. Like I've quoted to your husband only around 90% improvement and will try my best, even though it's a collision type of damage. That's why your window won't go up all the way. Also that I recommended him to go to the body shop instead.

Eric was very friendly and responsive. He worked on my dent for about an hour and improved it. However, for $375, I wish I would have gotten it fixed at a body shop.

Eric was extremely helpful and the experience was extremely convenient for me because he came right to my driveway. The good sized dent that was in my car is now basically unnoticeable (see pics), and it was done at a fraction of a body shop price. I will be recommending Eric to my family/friends and suggest everyone reach out to him for a quote before spending more at a body shop. Thanks again Eric!

Eric did a great job. The dent in my car was large and in a hard to access area at the edge of the rear door. Now, it is not noticeable at all unless you get really close and are looking for it. Thanks Eric!

Had a large dent on rear quarter of a sedan, very hard spot to get to. I can not comment on smaller dents, as I assume those turn out better then mine. He had to drill a hole in rear door frame to be able to reach behind the dent. (plugged it afterwards), and leaved a scratch where the hole was drilled. The dent did not come out well, as there are tons of rough spots that could not be smoothed out. It looks like i have 50 little dents instead of one big one. To be honest, i dont think its a 95% repair like he said. He promised a 95% repair with only a small wave in the area of the dent. Probably more like 50-60% since it is extremely rough in the whole area where the dent was. Basically looks like a bunch of rust bubbles in the whole area. Now I understand why no other paintless dent people would touch this dent. It was NOT worth $385 for how it ended up. During quoting he said it may have a wave in it which will be seen from close up. I ended up with tons of tiny dents that doesnt look good. Basically looks like a bunch of rust bubbles.
