Hi Gareth , I am sorry to hear about the delay in your response, to clarify the timeline... you sent your original email on Monday 12th September @ 4:17pm asking if we could repair two scratch repairs on your vehicle along with a wheel repair. Tuesday 13th September @ 8:39am we requested further photos as the ones you had supplied were not clear enough for us to be able to quote the work you requested. Tuesday 13th September @10:54 you replied with further photos attached and asked us to also quote for a further scratch repair with additional photos. Wednesday 14th September @ 10:58 you emailed to ask if this was something we could assist with. Terri replied to your email on Thursday 22nd September @ 12:17am with a quote for all the work you needed doing. I appreciate that it took more time to get your quote as we would have liked, on top of the sudden bank holiday that we had to close the workshop and office for we were extremely busy and very occasionally emails get overlooked. This could have been rectified with a call to our office but again appreciate that you shouldn't have to chase your quote. Moving forward we are putting steps in place so this doesn't happen again. If you would still like to go ahead with the work please call the office and speak to myself (Steph -01245 860382) and we can discuss doing the work at a reduced rate for the inconvenience it has caused. Waste of space! took nearly 2 weeks to even bother responding to the enquiry of scratch repair presumably (Terri), is far to busy than to respond to business emails. Suggest going to a firm who want the business.
Morning Richard, I am disappointed that you feel you were being patronised and treated with a pompous attitude by Terri, I can assure you this was not the intention. Terri is a knowledgeable member of the ESR team and tried to explain to you that to get the outcome you desired we were not prepared to do half a job and 'bodge' the repair when its our name and workmanship that will be criticised when it doesn't meet the standard we pride ourselves on. Unfortunately, due to the location of the dent on your bonnet along with the paint being cracked, anything other than a repair and full bonnet re-spray would be below the standards that we work too. I am surprised by the positive feedback here. I asked for a quote and tried to discuss my specific needs. Not only was their quote way more than anyone else but Terri exhibited a downright patronising and obnoxious attitude. I called another car dent repair company who know exactly what is needed to meet the repair standards for car lease/PCP requirements and quoted much less. Avoid until they fix their arrogant "we know better than you" pompous attitude.

Quality of work.5 star.The reason I gave 4 star was.my appointment was for between 11.00 and 12.00.The technician turned up at 09.00 without warning and i had to move the car in my dressing gown. Could have text or phoned before arriving.

Avoid the smart repairs. A 180 bill has now become 300+ to rectify very poor workmanship from professionals. Wouldn't use again or recommend.
